Great people, great studio.. I have been and out of many gyms in the area, and I find that this workout pushes you the hardest and you leave feeling awesome.

This place is amazing! I started with a lower class package and ended up switching to a higher class pack the next month because I kept wanting to go more. All the instructors are friendly and give positive feedback. You never know what the workout is going to be which makes it more motivating to get up and go!
