This place is a sham. Wouldn't put a piece of tape on the box stating that they would then be responsible for the packaging despite me asking them to simply note that it was customer packed. Was told I needed to buy shipping tape and apply it to the box myself. Come on, just be a reasonable. Would recommend you take your shipping elsewhere.

I went to the UPS store on my lunchbreak to get something notarized. I waited in line for 15 minutes while the 2 clueless people behind the counter tried to help the 4 people in front of me. Finally one of the women asked me what I needed and I said I just needed something notarized. She told me to come back because she was training the other worker and had too many other print jobs and shipements to do. What a waste of time!!!! Never using UPS Store for ANYTHING and will tell my friends and family the same!
I visited this store when I needed help locating a lost package, and I had a great experience. The staff focuses on customer service and they were respectful of my time. Their rates are reasonable.
